We ask that you carefully read the following before applying for charter school funds from your school:

• Prior to applying for funds with your charter school, please contact us and confirm availability. We do have a waitlist and cannot always guarantee a lesson time or placement for new students right away.

• Once scheduled and confirmed, please plan on submitting your request for enrichment funds / purchase orders prior to the first of the month so that we may invoice schools in a timely manner. Proof of payment (enrichment certificate, purchase order, etc) MUST be received prior to a students first lesson of the month.

• Parents are financially responsible for any unpaid balances. If you are unable to continue due to a lack of funding, you must notify Little Dell immediately so that we can fill your lesson time.

• Be aware of the invoicing / billing process. When you submit for funds, you are not paying us. You are providing us with a guarantee of payment. The process is - We receive an enrichment certificate / purchase order > We invoice the school and mark you as paid (once allowed according to the schools parameters*) > We wait between 20-40 days to receive payment

• Families are welcome to submit for multiple months at a time; however, we are unable to bill until the schools allows us to* and therefore will not mark a family paid until we can bill for the services.

• If you choose to take a break from lessons over the summer, please know that we do not recommend this due to regression. Music instruction and practice should be maintained continuously for consistent progress for the first 5 years or more of instruction. Little Dell does not hold lesson times over the summer when students break.

• Lastly, please respect our policies regarding payment. We are proud to work with multiple charter schools in the area; however, each Charter School introduces another set of additional administrative duties we must maintain, and all schools follow a NET30 payment plan. A late enrichment certificate can sometimes delay our invoicing or create a gap in payments. If you have specific questions about your schools process, please direct them to your school, as we are only familiar with the vendor side of the process.

*PCA, MVA, CPA and SCSA all allow services to be invoiced once the service start date has based; Elite Academic Academy allows services to be invoiced at the end of the service date.
